Cultivating serenity through nature, art, and presence

Experience Transformation and Inspiration with Artfull Forest

At Artfull Forest, we believe in the profound power of nature and art to transform, heal, and inspire. Our one-of-a-kind educational and experiential offerings invite participants to co-create with the natural world, cultivating a deeper relationship with surrounding ecosystems and with their own inner creativity.

Through mindful exploration and artistic practice, we guide you in creating lasting experiences rooted in beauty, balance, and connection.

Our Integrated Approach

Forest Therapy & Sensory Walks

Forest therapy is a guided, sensory-based experience in nature that supports presence, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Through slow, intentional walks, participants are offered gentle invitations to awaken their senses — feeling the breeze, listening to birdsong, noticing textures underfoot, and observing the subtle rhythms of the forest.

These experiences cultivate deep listening, grounded awareness, and a renewed sense of connection with the more-than-human world, allowing each participant to meet the forest in their own way and at their own pace.

Art & Nature-Based Creative Practices

Creativity at Artfull Forest is guided by nature. From sketching landscapes to working with leaves, earth, and found materials, our art experiences offer hands-on opportunities to explore creative expression as a form of connection, reflection, and learning.

Our programs honor both artistic process and ecological awareness, creating space for personal insight and meaningful engagement with place.

Our Core Values

Feeling the Elements

Ground yourself in the present moment by tuning into the sensory richness of nature — its colors, textures, sounds, and rhythms.

Observing Natural Spaces

Slow down and cultivate attentive observation. Learn to see ecosystems with curiosity, care, and reverence.

Creative Expression

Use art as a language for connection. Allow creativity to emerge through natural materials, personal vision, and embodied experience.

Founder — Aimee Siberon Arias

Aimee Siberon Arias is an award-winning graphic designer, artist, and certified forest therapy guide whose work bridges creative practice, ecological awareness, and place-based learning. With more than two decades of experience across design, education, and community initiatives, she brings a thoughtful and interdisciplinary lens to the spaces she holds.

In 2001, she founded Image Maker Design Studio, a branding and visual communication practice she continues to lead alongside her nature-based work. Rooted in a lifelong reverence for the natural world, her path gradually expanded to include forest therapy and interpretive guiding — weaving art, ecology, and education into experiences that invite slowness, attention, and meaningful connection.

She is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), a Certified Interpretive Guide with the National Association for Interpretation (NAI), and a Theory U practitioner through MITx’s U-Lab: Leading From the Emerging Future. These studies in presencing and systems awareness inform her approach to facilitation, encouraging deep listening, relational awareness, and emergent learning. She also holds Wilderness First Aid certification and continues to expand her practice through training in regenerative tourism and generative scribing.

Her commitment to conservation extends beyond guided experiences. Aimee serves on the Board of Directors of the Trails Conservancy of Puerto Rico, supporting efforts to protect and steward trails.

Through Artfull Forest, she creates spaces for reflection, learning, and restoration — honoring the relationship between people, place, and presence. Her work is grounded in the belief that creativity and ecological awareness are intertwined, and that tending one helps nourish the other.

Aimee holds a BFA in Visual Communication with a minor in Printmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art and remains engaged in initiatives that support regenerative, creative, and place-rooted work in Puerto Rico.
